These terms cover use of the revere.no website and, at a high level, how we engage on client projects. Specific project work is governed by the individual agreement or statement of work signed with each client, which takes precedence over this page where the two differ.

Use of this site

This website is provided for informational purposes — to describe who we are and what we build. You're welcome to browse, share, and link to it. Content, branding, and design on this site belong to Revere Group and may not be reproduced without permission.

Our services

Revere Group provides bespoke software development services, including SaaS products, web applications, and related consulting. The scope, timeline, and cost of any project are agreed separately in writing before work begins.

Client responsibilities

Projects move faster and turn out better when clients provide timely feedback, accurate requirements, and access to any systems or content needed to do the work. Delays on the client side may affect delivery timelines.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in a project contract, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. Revere Group retains the right to reuse general knowledge, tools, and non-client-specific components developed during the course of a project.

Limitation of liability

We take care to deliver reliable, well-tested software, but we cannot guarantee that any service will be entirely uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Revere Group's liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway.
